We would need a little bit of information about you before scheduling an initial call. You will get an automatic email reply our brief description of our services and prices. You also will be asked to answer a few more general questions about your project or business.

Now you are ready to schedule a set of calls with our project manager, meet in person or use any other communication channels in order to define the work scope and the timeline. It will be an informal but helpful consultation about your goals, target audience, design requirements, difficulties and options. Our PM will summarize your top problems and if and how we can help you with your project.

As a result you will get a detailed work statement by email with all the details about dates, milestones, prices, the quantity & dates for revisions, SEO and marketing strategies, development and maintenance options. We know it seems a lot! Don’t worry, you will have enough time to consider all changes and improvements.

Once we’ve shaken our hands, it’s time to start working on your website. We will discuss all the tasks and problems altogether in a group of web professionals. First of all, we will create an SEO strategy that will be unique for your case. Secondly, we will make up the website sitemap, it’s a basic outline of pages structure of your website. The sitemap will help you to define your design preferences and get an overall idea of the content for your website. As for the content it can be written independently, but sometimes it’s helpful to get some help from us to finish it up before we start designing anything.

The next step of our process is a creation a custom responsive design for your website. You will get a mockup or a high-fidelity prototype that looks more realistic and can be tested. Don’t worry — you will have enough time to test the prototype and think over all changes and improvements before we will start bringing the project to life. If you do love the mockup we will discuss your design choices for color schemes and typography. Once you’ve signed off on the design, our team will start the website development.

Development takes more time than other stages. But don’t get nervous — every week you will be getting a calendar with all updates that were done. It means you will be able to constantly monitor the progress of the project. The basic steps of the development include website implementation itself using pre-existing platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) or custom hand-written solutions, domain name registration, setting up hosting for your project.

Once we have completed the development stage and incorporated all the content, our team would be able to start on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Marketing in a form that was defined during the planning stage. Keep in mind it is a continuous process that takes months to start getting an organic traffic. It requires constant work on a content itself, presenting a professional profile on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Plus, Twitter), etc. Yes, it takes time, but you must be aware this is the only one way of attracting a target audience to your website.

We hope at this time you are happy with your new website. We are still around and can help you with any maintenance issues — from any website updates to even a new marketing strategy.
